In Fall 2016 I moved to Vancouver, Canada, where I lived for two years. I had never, fully experienced what it feels like to be surrounded by a landscape which is so big and powerful. Inevitably, this experience gave me a completely new perspective on space and geography and since then, I have been working to translate what I saw into abstract paintings.
On them I visually reflect on land, sea and borders.
